Zimonjic and Nestor win men's doubles

Second seeds Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia and Canadian Daniel Nestor claimed the men's doubles title on Saturday with a 7-6 (14/12) 6-7 (3/7) 6-3 6-3 success on Centre Court.

Zimonjic, twice a losing finalist in this event in 2004 and 2006, came out on the winning side this time against three-time champion Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and his partner Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe.

Zimonjic and Nestor edged the first set in an epic tie-break and after conceding the second set, they raced through the third and fourth to take the title. The winning pair beat Britain's Jamie Murray and his partner Max Mirnyi in straight sets in the third round.
