Michael Jarvis will seek further Group One glory with Pressing in Sunday's Premio Presidente Della Repubblica in Italy.

The five-year-old entire really found his feet for the Newmarket trainer towards the end of last term, winning a Group Three before striking at the highest level in November. Neil Callan was in the plate that day and will team up with Pressing again this weekend.

Jarvis said: "He's on his way to Italy to run on Sunday. It's a Group One race again and Neil Callan will ride him. I don't know what the final list of runners will be but Godolphin's Literato is entered."

The handler went on: "There are a couple of decent German-trained horses in there as well and it'll be like any Group One race - they're never pushovers.

"But he's a fantastic traveller this horse, I'd say he's a better traveller than his trainer."
