Wolves match my ambition - Foley

Full-back Kevin Foley is confident Wolves' "ambitious and hungry" young side can help him fulfil his Premier League ambition.

The Wanderers defender was part of Sunday's team which agonisingly missed out on a play-off place on goal difference.

However, the Republic of Ireland international insists Mick McCarthy's side can go one better than that next season by clinching an automatic place.

He told the club's official website: "I really believe we will grow into an even stronger side and that we will get better and better.

"Certainly we are all ambitious and even now I'm looking forward to next season and thinking `let's go one better than the play-offs'."

He added: "This is such a big club and my aim is to play for it at the top - in the Premier League. We have a young side that is ambitious and hungry and I love being a part of it."
