McBride hopes for right attitude
Fulham captain Brian McBride is hoping the Cottagers can take the same attitude into their game with Portsmouth as they look to complete a miraculous escape.
The Cottagers have climbed out of the bottom three after three wins in their last four games, including victories over fellow strugglers Reading and Manchester City.
A win at Fratton Park will guarantee their survival despite looking doomed for much of the season, and McBride told the club's official website: "It's been a great turnaround. It was always going to be emotional on Saturday as it was a very important game for both teams. We've worked so hard to make sure we maintain the right focus and right attitude going into our games.
"We've worked extremely hard work to put ourselves in a much better position, but there's a lot more work to do.
"Our confidence has grown for sure and you can see that with our composure. It's going to be a very difficult game on Sunday and I don't think any team in this league looks past the next game. They have great support there and they'll want to do well.
"Sunday's game is all we've got to concentrate on and we've got to make sure we have the same attitude as we've had in the last two games."
