Fowler could remain at City - Scott
Robbie Fowler's representative has hinted that the striker is likely to remain at Cardiff next season.
The Bluebirds have the option to extend Fowler's contract by a further season, however, the former Liverpool forward has spent much of the campaign injured on the sidelines.
Fowler's agent George Scott has revealed the 33-year-old will make a decision on his future after the FA Cup final on May 17 - a game in which he could still feature after recovering from a hip problem.
"Robbie needs to sit down in the summer and decide what he wants to do in the future," Scott told the Western Mail.
"At a push, in all probability, he will stay, but you do not want to be rushed into anything when there is the opportunity to take your time about it.
"I know the chairman (Peter Ridsdale) and manager at Cardiff want Robbie to stay. I think Dave Jones is well aware of what Robbie is capable of. It is just a matter of thinking things through now."
