McIndoe: My decision was justified

Michael McIndoe insists that Bristol City reaching the play-offs justifies his decision to leave Wolves.

The winger raised eyebrows last summer when he left an established Championship club for one which was newly-promoted to the division.

However, less than 12 months on and City will be contesting promotion to the Premier League while Wolves missed out on the play-offs.

"My move has been fully justified now and I can put that to bed and focus on the play-offs," McIndoe, 28, told BBC Radio Bristol. "The only goal now is to get to Wembley over the two legs over the two legs against Crystal Palace."
