Brooker doubt for Preston clash
Bristol City manager Gary Johnson has no fresh injury concerns as his side look for the victory over Preston which will confirm a second-leg home-tie in the play-off semi-finals.
Striker Steve Brooker will undergo a late fitness test on a hamstring strain as he aims to be fit in time for the clash at Ashton Gate.
Midfielder Lee Johnson remains sidelined with a heel injury which could also rule him out of the play-offs.
Nick Carle is expected to continue in place of Johnson after impressing on his return to the starting XI in the defeat against Sheffield United.
Striker Lee Trundle is set to continue up front alongside Dele Adebola, with Johnson likely to name an unchanged side.
